M.Y. Atelier operates this website. When we mention "we", "us", or "our", we are referring to M.Y. Atelier. By using this website, you agree to comply with all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies that are referenced or available through hyperlinks. This agreement applies to accessing our site or making a purchase from us.

The products available on the site are intended for personal, non-commercial use only, unless you have written authorization from M.Y. Atelier stating otherwise. These terms do not apply to individuals intending to sell the products commercially (referred to as "Wholesalers"). By using the site or purchasing products from us, you confirm that you are not a Wholesaler. Wholesalers must contact M.Y. Atelier directly before making any purchases on the site to receive the applicable terms for them. It is prohibited to use the site for any unlawful purposes or to engage in any activities that violate upon the rights of M.Y. Atelier or others.

Please note that we have the right to reject any order you place with us. We may also choose to limit or cancel the quantity of items that can be purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders made under the same account, using the same credit card, or with the same billing and shipping address. If we need to make any changes to or cancel an order, we will make an effort to notify you by contacting the email provided when the order was placed. Additionally, we reserve the right to restrict orders that, in our opinion, appear to be made by wholesalers. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions: "Please be aware that alterations are often required on most gowns, even those that are ordered with custom length and/or measurements. The cost of such alterations is not included in the price."

SECTION 1 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING 

The prices of our products may change at any time, and we have the right to modify or remove any product or part of the website without prior notice. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to changes in prices, product availability, temporary site suspension, or the discontinuation of any product or the website.

SECTION 2 – DISPLAY OF COLORS

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and images of our products on the website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your computer monitor will be completely accurate.

 SECTION 3 – VARIATION IN PRODUCT COLORS

There may be variations in colors between the ones shown on the website and the actual fabric you receive. Colors are not standardized across different vendors. Fabric orders are cut from different bolts of fabric than garment orders, so there may be slight variations between bolts. Neither M.Y. Atelier nor the vendor can guarantee an exact color match between the one shown on the website and the one you receive. We do not provide warranties regarding the color of the garment or fabric you receive.

SECTION 4 - CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE 

Different vendors have their own size charts, and sizes may vary between vendors. It is important to consult the size chart provided by the specific vendor when selecting your size. Keep in mind that most garments will require some form of alteration, as they are either custom-made to your measurements or come in standard sizes. Please note that M.Y. Atelier cannot assist with taking measurements or suggest a size. Once you place an order, neither the vendor nor M.Y. Atelier can accommodate any size changes. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to determine and order the correct size. M.Y. Atelier will not be held accountable for any dissatisfaction resulting from an incorrect sizing choice. You can find the vendor's size chart on the product page. Please be aware that the vendor may have set a maximum size for certain products, and M.Y. Atelier cannot guarantee availability in a specific size. For larger sizes, the final appearance of the products may differ from the photos on the website. M.Y. Atelier sizes are based on Russian or European sizing. To help you match Russian sizes to the M.Y. Atelier size chart, refer to the charts provided below. If the tag size differs in your country, please only consider the Russian size as a reference. Please visit the size charts for more information.

SECTION 5 – ADDITIONAL FEES 

Additional charges may be applicable for specific order specifications such as plus sizes, extra length, hollow-to-hem measurements, and rush delivery. Some of these charges may not be displayed on the product page but will be added during the checkout process. 

SECTION 6 – WHEN TO PLACE AN ORDER 

To ensure sufficient time for production, shipment, and any necessary alterations, it is recommended to place your order with M.Y. Atelier as far in advance of the event as possible. Please note that vendor's estimated delivery times are approximate and may change based on their production schedule. Vendors are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates and may alter them without prior notice. While most orders are delivered on or before their estimated delivery date, delays in production or shipping schedules may occur. Such delays may impact the delivery of the product to M.Y. Atelier. Please understand that M.Y. Atelier does not have control over a vendor's production or shipping schedule and cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from vendor delays.

SECTION 7- Coupon Codes:

 M.Y. Atelier reserves the right to cancel any coupon codes applied to an order.

 SECTION 8-Promotions: 

M.Y. Atelier may offer promotions periodically in its online store. These promotions are subject to the Terms of Service, but any specific disclaimer or term stated in the promotion itself supersedes these Terms. Promotions cannot be applied to previous or existing orders or used in conjunction with any other offer. M.Y. Atelier reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

To make a purchase on the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for both the purchase itself and your account. You also agree to promptly update your account and other information as needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary. Please note that we require an email address for your order. All correspondences, confirmations, and notifications will be sent to this email address. It is important for you to provide and maintain a current email address that you have regular access to. We may need to email you important information about your order that may require an immediate response.
