Yes, we operate by appointment. Appointments are necessary to check your needs and to assist you. But also, you can contact us via email info@myatelier.com.co to inquire the prices and options. 

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. 

Sorry, we only accept orders made online.

Due to the personalized nature of our gowns, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer try-on services for our products.

Wedding gowns

To determine the correct size to order, it is important to accurately measure yourself. Use a measuring tape to measure your bust, waist, and hip. Then, compare your measurements to the size chart provided by the designer on the dress page. For detailed instructions, refer to our Measurement Guide. If you need assistance, you can also book a Virtual appointment, and we will be happy to guide you in finding the perfect gown for you.

Please note that all our wedding dresses are made to order, resulting in a standard production time of up to 25 weeks, depending on the designer. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend placing your order at least two months in advance. This will provide enough time for any necessary alterations. Shipping times typically range between 2 and 14 days, depending on your location. If you're lacking time, but still want one of our beautiful gowns, select our 'Rush Production' option, and your gown will be expedited, ready within 6-12 weeks. For inquiries regarding even quicker delivery, please reach out to us via the provided contact information. 

Accurate measurements are essential for finding the perfect dress. Use a measuring tape to determine your bust, waist, and hip measurements. Then, refer to the designer's size chart at the bottom of the dress page to see which size aligns with your measurements. We offer the option for custom sizing on our dresses. You can refer to our Measurement Guide for detailed instructions or schedule a Virtual appointment for personal assistance. Please review our Return Policy for custom size dresses.

For most dresses, it is possible to adjust the length as per your preference. When purchasing a wedding dress, you can specify the desired length in the custom length field, if provided. Kindly review our Return Policy regarding custom-sized dresses.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to alter the fabrics of any of the dresses.

Yes, all our wedding dresses are handmade using high-quality fabrics such as chiffon, mikado, French atlas, and lace. The dress decorations are handcrafted with jewellery stones, crystals, and French beads before being carefully sewn onto the dress. 

We can order gowns in EUR sizes 34 - 56. Please inquire further during your appointment. 

Yes, we can process rush orders, but there may be additional costs. You can select from the production time in the dresses page. For more information, please contact M.Y. Atelier Bridal to discuss your options. 

Shipping and delivery

Custom duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your destination country, and M.Y. ATELIER has no control over these charges as they can vary from country to country.

You can return any unused, standard size dresses only within 7 Days of receiving them, but please note that a restocking fee of $250 will apply. Custom-made dresses based on your specific measurements are not eligible for returns. For further information, please consult our Return Policy.
